No. Visitors can submit ideas and vote anonymously — no sign-up friction that kills participation. You choose whether to require contact details when you collect feedback.
Can I put this on my own domain?
Yes. On the Premium plan you get custom domains, so your board, roadmap, and changelog live at yourdomain.com instead of a voteboard subdomain.
How is the changelog different from a blog post?
A changelog is structured, versioned, and taggable — and it's linked to the roadmap. When you mark an idea as Done, it flows into the changelog, closing the loop for everyone who voted on it.
Is the roadmap public by default?
Yes — that's the point. Transparency builds trust. You can keep statuses and cards honest with Pending, Approved, In Progress, and Done, and only you and your team move them.
Can my whole team manage the board?
